This policy explains how Lewis George processes and ships orders placed at lewisgeorge.com.

Order Processing Time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST are typically processed the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, or on weekends and holidays, are processed the following business day. Please allow 3–4 business days for preparation before shipment.

Shipping Time & Carriers

Transit typically takes 3–6 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. We ship using USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Most customers can expect delivery within 6–10 business days from order placement.

Shipping Rates

A flat rate of $6.99 applies to every order shipped within the United States, regardless of order size.

Shipping Destinations

Lewis George currently ships only within the United States. We do not currently deliver to international addresses, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories.

Order Tracking

Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. If you don’t receive tracking within 5 business days of ordering, contact us at support@lewisgeorge.com.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Lewis George is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address. Contact us immediately if you notice an error. Changes can only be made before processing begins.
