How much is shipping?
Shipping is a flat rate of $7.99 per order, anywhere in the United States. The cost is shown at checkout before you pay. We currently ship to the United States only.
When will my order arrive?
Orders are processed in 3 to 4 business days. Once dispatched, transit takes 3 to 6 business days, so most orders arrive within 6 to 10 business days from the day you place them. We email a tracking number when your order ships.
Can I return something?
Yes. You have 45 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags attached and the original packaging. Email support@lewisgeorge.com with your order number first and we will send you the return address. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer, and approved refunds are processed within 5 business days.
Which sizes do you offer?
The dress, cardigan and trousers come in US sizes XS to XL, and the coat comes in S to 3XL. The size guide lists the measurements for each piece.
