Our Story
Lewis George started with a simple observation: the clothes and sunglasses worth wearing every day were priced like an occasion, and the ones priced for every day weren't worth wearing. Somewhere between the two sat a gap, and that gap is where we decided to build.
The name is a nod to that in-between space. Lewis, rooted in old-world tailoring and quiet confidence. George, plain-spoken and dependable. Together they describe what we set out to make: pieces with the bearing of a much older, much pricier tradition, without the padding that usually comes attached to that heritage.
We are not trying to be the loudest name in the room. We are trying to make the pieces you reach for without thinking twice: the blazer for the dinner, the knit polo for the weekend, the loafers for the office, and the sunglasses for the drive there.
What We Sell
Menswear: blazers, knitwear, knit and jacquard polos, shirts, trousers and shorts.
Womenswear: leather loafers and linen-blend trousers.
Sunglasses: frames for men and women, every pair with full UV400 lens protection, blocking 99 to 100% of UVA and UVB rays. That standard is not an upgrade or an add-on. It is the baseline for every pair we sell.
What We Won't Compromise On
We choose materials for how they hold up, not just how they photograph. Every product page lists what the piece is made from, so you can read the details before you order rather than after.
Why We Sell Direct
Traditional retail pricing carries the weight of department store markups, licensing fees and layers of distributors, costs that have very little to do with what you actually wear. We sidestepped that structure. By selling directly to you, we keep prices fair without cutting corners on the parts that matter.
