What is Lewis George?
Lewis George is a direct-to-consumer clothing and eyewear brand: menswear, womenswear, leather loafers and UV400-protected sunglasses, without the traditional luxury markup.

What makes Lewis George different?
Two things: material quality and pricing honesty. We list what every piece is made from on its product page, and because we sell directly rather than through retail middlemen, we're able to price fairly.

Is Lewis George only sold online?
Yes. We currently sell exclusively through lewisgeorge.com, which is how we keep overhead down and pricing where it is.

Products

What do you sell?
Menswear (blazers, knitwear, polos, shirts, trousers and shorts), womenswear (leather loafers and linen-blend trousers) and sunglasses for men and women.

What UV protection do your sunglasses offer?
Every pair carries UV400 protection, blocking 99 to 100% of both UVA and UVB rays. Each product page states whether the lenses are polarized.

What's the difference between polarized and non-polarized lenses?
Polarized lenses filter out horizontal glare, which helps when driving or near water. Non-polarized lenses still provide full UV400 protection but don't filter glare the same way.

How do I choose my size?
Sizes are listed on each product page. If you're between sizes or unsure, email support@lewisgeorge.com before you order and a person will help.

Orders

How long does processing take?
Orders are processed within 3 to 4 business days before shipping.

How do I track my order?
Once shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also use the Track Your Order page. If you haven't received tracking within 5 business days, contact support@lewisgeorge.com.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, within 2 hours of placing it. Email support@lewisgeorge.com immediately with your order number.

Shipping

How much does shipping cost?
A flat rate of $6.99 on every order within the United States.

How long will delivery take?
6 to 10 business days total (3 to 4 days processing plus 3 to 6 days in transit).

Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. We currently ship within the United States only.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
45-day return window from delivery. Items must be unworn, undamaged and in their original packaging.

How do I start a return?
Email support@lewisgeorge.com with your order number and reason. We'll send return instructions. The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

What if my item arrives damaged?
Contact us within 7 days with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement at no cost.

How long for a refund?
5 to 7 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
